International Shipping
International shipments are either sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or by DHL courier. The choice is made by the customer upon checkout.
Royal Mail International – 5-8 business days
DHL – typically 3 business days
Delivery times are quoted by the couriers and can not be guaranteed. Tracking will be provided via email when your strap(s) ship.
Addresses and contact details:
Please be aware that delivery address and contact details are the responsibility of the customer and all items will be shipped to the address given at checkout unless a change has subsequently been made and agreed. Buyer is responsible for accuracy and any additional fees incurred for incorrect details.
UAE customers – please provide a postcode as parcels are often returned without them.
Duties & Taxes owed:
Please be aware of your local taxes and duties levied on shipments from the UK. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
As the UK is no longer part of the EU there may be taxes owed when receiving a delivery.t will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
